There are many things to consider: elevation, soil condition, drainage, utilities. We can help with these things and we will also be able to accurately estimate cost.
2. The Plan
We have the tools available to turn your ideas into the home you have always dreamed of. Your dream, plan, or just your idea is something we can complete a plan quickly and efficiently for.
Our plan development process is easy and stress free, and can be accomplished quickly and efficiently.
We will show you how to develop a plan that will meet your expectations keeping the overall budget in mind.
3. The Budget
Right from the beginning we will be talking about your expectations of budget. With the plan in hand, we can determine the finished cost based on competitive bid prices from our sub-contractors. We need your input to keep the budget in line with your expectations.
4. Construction
Construction will begin once the budget is approved, the permit obtained, and construction plans are complete. Getting the job done in an orderly and efficient manner is of the utmost importance to your and to your contractor.
Idlewood/New Coast will have several meetings during the process to make sure that everyone's expectations are being met. It is our job to exceed your expectations and complete your home in a timely manner.
5. Completion
Once your home is substantially complete, NewCoast will conduct a walk-through to discuss your questions and concerns. It's not done until its done!
We will strive to meet your expectations and won't consider the job complete until you are completely satisfied and all of your conserns have been addressed.
